Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup at your convenience.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
